| Description | . Sealed tenders are invited from reputable Interior Decorated firms are invited for ? Uplifting of AI Lab? at NRTC Complex Islamabad, near M1 Toll Plaza. BOQ attached at Anx ?A? 2. Terms and Conditions a. Earnest money Rs 300,000.00 (Three hundred thousand only) in the shape of Demand Draft / Pay Order in favour of NRTC, Haripur (refundable) must be attached with Technical Proposal, otherwise bid will not be entertained. Tender will be opened on 8th April, 2024 at 11:00 hrs at NRTC , Haripur b. Income / sales tax registration certificates with FBR. c. Valid proof of financial health of contractors / companies (bank statements/ certificates and audited financial statements of last three years at least). d. Bids complete in all respect i.e clearly signed / stamped will be considered fit for evaluation. e. Affidavit on stamp paper that the Firm / Contractor is not black-listed by any Govt / Authority and is not involved in litigation with any Govt Department / Autonomous Body. f. Undertaking on stamp paper that bidder is the owner or proprietor of the firm / company who wish to participate in the tender. g. Contractors are advised in their own interest to visit the site and inspect type of the work required to be done before submitting quotation. It will be deemed understood that the contractor has fully acquainted himself with the detailed nature of work. No claim on account of insufficient knowledge shall be entertained afterward. h. NRTC may reject all the bids at any time prior to the acceptance of bids as per Rule-33 of Public Procurement Rules 2004. i. Single stage two envelop process will be followed. j. Bidders must submit their bids as per tender requirement i.e clearly marked as Financial and Technical proposals. Complete technical literature along with technical bid. k. Evaluation criteria is available with tender. l. The bidder will be backlisted in accordance with clause 19 (1) (b) of PPRA, if he fails to perform his contractual obligation during the execution of contract or breaches the contract due to his capacity and capability to perform or otherwise. m. Bids will be acceptable through tender box placed at NRTC along with bids received in post.
